ABOUT THE COURSE
By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to describe the main features of assertive, submissive and aggressive behaviour, identify their own preferred behavioural profile, identify non-verbal behaviour and the impact that this behaviour can have on others, identify areas of their working lives where they should improve their assertive behaviour, adopt and practice techniques to help them behave in an assertive manner and develop a strategy to cope with difficult and aggressive people.
