DESCRIPTION
Mechanical engineering concepts are at the center of various types of industries, such as petrochemical, oil and gas and others. This involves dealing with design, construction and fabrication of various types of static and rotating equipment, as well as corresponding control systems. Mechanical engineer is often in charge of safety of operation, maintenance and inspection and is primarily focused on the safe containment and movement of liquids and gases, leading to efficient production in general.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
This intensive 3-day course is designed for technical personnel to get familiarised with engineering principles, and techniques including inspection, monitoring and condition evaluation. The course will provide an opportunity for technical professionals working in the fields such as process, petrochemical engineering, oil and gas industry, an opportunity to update their skills and improve their basic knowledge of modern mechanical engineering technologies. Practical examples and workshop exercises will be utilized throughout the online training course to emphasize the key learning points.
