Good project management certainly needs to refer to good best practices and standards so that the processes used are proven processes. One of the defacto standards in the field of Project Management which is very well known throughout the world and has been adopted by many countries is the PROJECT MANAGEMENT BODY OF KNOWLEDGES (PMBOK) published by the Project Management Institute (PMI) USA. According to PMI-USA, project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements
Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is an internationally recognized of standard (IEEE, ANSI and ISO 21500) that deals with the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to meet project requirements. The PMBOK 6th edition 2017 guide defines the project life cycle with 5 process groups, 10 knowledge areas and 49 project management processes.
This training will comprehensively discuss project management based on PMBOK, participants will also be facilitated in using Microsoft Project, to create a Project Schedule, Preparing a Project Budget, Prepare a Project Plan, and measure project performance using Earned Value Analysis whose output is a Curve S.
