- Demonstrate proficiency in climbing skills
- Explain basic electrical principles
- Explain the power grid and power delivery systems
- Demonstrate competence in transformer connections and three phase banks
- Explain transformer connections and construct transformer banks
- Demonstrate competency in the use and application of Ohm's Law
- Develop safe work habits and an understanding of power line safety guidelines and principles
