OBJECTIVES

This course provides attendees with the fundamentals and methods of cathodic  protection, component design & operation troubleshooting rectifier, installation and routine maintenance and also troubleshooting standard units.

6. Familiarize yourself with installation & routine maintenance
7. Get hands-on experience with troubleshooting session (participants are encourage to bring and use their own multi-meters)
8. Rectifiers and their application-issues styles, type and feature
9. Basic Rectifier theory-discuss rectifier components design & operation
10. Installation and routine maintenance-discuss equipment needed a long with a step by step procedure for troubleshooting, what signs to look for and where to take readings
11. Hands-on Troubleshooting standard units-students analyze various problems and perform repairs on actual working rectifiers
