THE PROBLEM :
Coaching will enable the process of learning and development so that performance increases. To be a successful coach who takes style, skills and techniques appropriate to their fields to support others (clients) to achieve its goals through goal setting, encouragement, and questions. Unlike a counselor or mentor, a coach does not offer advice. In fact, a coach helps her clients to find solutions, to question everything that aims to provide insight into approaching the situation at hand. A coach is responsible for his client, where if the client agrees on a plan to achieve the goal, coach will help motivate him to complete his plans.
