DESCRIPTION

                The training was held to provide an explanation of the new procedure Chain Management Contract of Cooperation within the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry in Indonesia, especially the implementation of procurement procedures for goods and services. It is important for those involved in procurement activities within the scope of the Cooperation Contract, goods and service providers and other interested parties.

                This training will provide knowledge about how the procurement process is conducted in accordance with PTK 007 and can increase the knowledge based on real experience and an open discussion to gain a better way in its application to procurement activities in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia. Participants are expected to gain knowledge about the steps in each method of procurement and selection of service providers.

COURSE CONTENT

1. Authority and supervision of the procurement activities of Cooperation Contract (KKS), Strategic Procurement and Contract Type Procurement Action Plans.
2.  Perpetrators of Procurement: Authorized Officers, Users of Goods / Services, Procurement Management, Procurement Committee and a provider of Goods / Services
3. Procurement in the context of prioritizing the use of Goods / Services, Production in the evaluation of the domestic component level statement
4. Evaluation statement of the domestic component level
5. Supervision of the fulfillment of commitments in the contract penapaian TKDN
6.  Calculation of own property / Owners Estimate of document selection of goods / services and Security Procurement
7. Authority and supervision of procurement activities KKKS, procurement strategy and the type of contract procurement work plan
8. Provider selection method of Goods / Services: public auction, the auction is limited, direct election, direct appointment
9. The public tender procedure for: announcement & registration, qualification assessment, giving explanations and protests, bid opening
