- Engineering and metallurgical fundamental of failure and failure analysis
- Sources of failure and failure mechanisms (failure modes); ductile / brittle fracture, fatigue failures, wear / erosion failures, corrosion, creep, hydrogen damage failures, etc.
- Failures of various products of metals-working processes (casting, forging, weldments, etc)
- Failures of various industrial components (shafts, bearing, gears, fasteners, etc)
- Failures of various industrials equipment (boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pipeline, lifting equipment, etc)
- Engineering and metallurgical fundamentals to prevent future failure
- Case histories of typical failures and their preventions
PARTICIPANTS
This course is primarily intended for people who are involved in engineering, fabrication, operation, inspection (QC/QA), reliability and maintenance of plant equipment.

CURICULUM VITAE
Mr. Harjanto was born in Klaten, January 15, 1941. He graduated at the University of Gadjah Mada Energy in 1972. He was an associate of Trustees President / Associate Professor. Some of his meticulous research, among others Trasmisi transparent solar energy on the wall, Burden AC cooling the car, Trasmisi solar energy on the roof of the building , Biodiesel / Ethyl Ester Emulsion etc. His publications include Musicool, the alternative refrigerant, Mitsubhisi micro robot for education, Biodiesel, the altenative diesel fuel, Inno Sinno Project Grant, Grant A three competing soft skill, biodiesel fuel, the new diesel fuel, Hydrocarbon refrigerants. His expertise is Refrigeration, Energy Conversion, Handling Material, Safety etc.
